Quality Accreditation

Performance Home Medical prides itself on providing quality, caring and effective products & services to the people in our community. We work closely with the physicians, sleep labs, hospitals and other care providers to support the individual and their caregivers. 

As you know, service and quality are not limited to just providing the actual service, it extends to our organizational processes like customer service, HIPAA Compliance, billing practices, company integrity and so much more.

With the goal of maintaining quality services we became accredited by HQAA (Healthcare Quality Association on Accreditation), meeting their rigorous standards established to assure quality patient care.  HQAA is recognized & certified by Medicare, Medicaid, Premera, Blue Cross, Humana, Tri-Care, PacifiCare, United Healthcare, Uniform Medical, the Veterans Administration and many other organizations that demand quality in the services provided to the individuals insured through their plans. 

Accreditation is awarded for a three (3) year period after extensive review and on-site evaluation of all aspects of the organization including its policies & procedures, equipment safety & maintenance, patient/caregiver care and training, follow-up services, staff training & competency, ethical billing practices, compliance to regulatory requirements, patient satisfaction and much more. Over the three year period, unannounced site inspections continue to verify compliance, Performance Home Medical gained accreditation in February 2008 and was resurveyed in November of 2010 and November, 2013, affirming continued compliance to these high standards at all of our locations.
